Help us to help you……… see the stages of booking below; by working with us and adhering to our stages, you are allowing us to give you a smooth booking process which inevitably gives our team more time to develop and perfect our parties, which is what we do best!

Stage One (Enquiry)
Enquire with Sparkles either by phone: 0114 3276064, email: info@sparkles-events.com or use the contact form

Stage Two (Quote)
We prefer to speak to you before a quote so watch out for our call. A Sparkles party consultant will now identify the best package for you and send full details and prices via e-mail. Please reply to your quote, we love to hear your thoughts.

Stage Three (Follow up call)
If you haven’t replied to your quote; a Sparkles party consultant will try to contact you via phone or e-mail to find out what your thoughts are. At this point we will identify if your enquiry will continue into a party booking.

Stage Four (Provisional Booking)
You want to book a Sparkles party: A booking form will be sent to you via email, You should carefully read the terms and conditions, fill in all of the sections applied to you and then send back to us. When we get your completed booking form you will be sent an invoice for immediate payment of half your final party price. Full payment can be paid at this time should you prefer. If you choose to pay in two instalments the final balance is required, this should be paid 4 weeks prior to the party date.

Stage Five (Party Booking)
After receiving your booking form and fee, your party consultant will email you to confirm receipt of payment. Your party is now booked, sit back and enjoy!

At Sparkles we prefer to spend more time with the children, in the business and developing our great parties, this means we want to keep booking process to a minimum and ask you to work along our stages. We welcome a phone call prior to the party should you require any further advise or to put you at ease before the big day.
